  • This highly practical and interactive program will provide participants with a clear framework to prepare a strategic business plan and to tailor it to the needs of the organisation or business unit.
  • The program examines the key strategic business areas that a successful plan must consider, plus taking into account equally important issues such as core values, purpose and mission statements. In addition, participants will gain insights into competitive strategies, value chains and life cycles, and come away from the program with a greater facility to understand how their organisations really work.
  • It is advisable that participants wishing to undertake the assessment ensure that they have access to the financial records and business plans for their business in order to complete the assessment.
