Effective planning can contribute towards better performance and improved processes and production within an organisation. Other important by-products of the planning process are increased customer satisfaction and the capacity to manage change more effectively. Sound planning is essential if an organisation is to reach its desired goals. It is also a key function of managers at all levels.

• You may achieve a Statement of Attainment if you choose to be assessed for this module. Assessment is by workplace project.
• The fee for assessment is $200 per competency.
• Assessment is optional.

• Is available at Level 3, 4 or 5.The AIM Public programs are presented at Diploma Level but differentiated by the level of the Workplace Application Project
