Course overview

• This program provides an overview to managing a project for those involved in low value, low risk projects, or multiple, independent projects. The content includes a conceptual understanding of the four phases of project management: initiation, development, implementation and finalisation.

Key benefits

• A variety of practical activities, including a simulation exercise, provide an opportunity for participants to practise the concepts and language of project management. An understanding of the team skills vital to project success forms an integral part of the program.

Assessment details

• You may achieve a Statement of Attainment if you choose to be assessed for this module. Assessment is by workplace project.
• The fee for assessment is $200 per competency.
• Assessment is optional.

• The AIM Public programs are presented at Diploma level but differentiated by the level of Workplace Application Project
