• Using an interactive format, this program covers the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to generate and implement ideas for your products, programs, processes and services. You may be employed by your organisation or be a sub contractor or consultant, working individually or as part of a team.
• Your innovative ideas can be generated and implemented for any business and community activity. Innovate your staff development programs, communication systems, information technology and marketing campaigns.
