Course overview

  • A two-day program designed to help people managers get the best out of their teams through the development of a more “people-focused” style of management. The program explores the benefits of adopting a coaching approach, the skills and methodology used and allows ample time for practice of skills, and feedback of progress from expert facilitators and coaches. Managers attending this program will learn how to support and challenge their team in a range of situations including orientation into a new position, keeping pace with new responsibilities or skills, support through a period of change, development of work goals and responsibilities and addressing performance gaps. The new skill set managers will bring to the workplace from this program will result in increased motivation and performance from their team.
