Course overview

When we talk about resilience, we mean our capacity to react intellectually, physically, emotionally and socially to, what is often, constant change. This program explores the three dimensions of resilience: reactive, which is developing the capability to bounce back from unforeseen events; proactive, which is being aware of situations and having the ability to ride out waves of change; and creative resilience, which is about shaping the opportunities that come from change to create your own future.

Key benefits

You’ll return to your organisation with the resilience to embrace change, exploit opportunities and help other deal with dramatic changes.

Who should attend

Given the pace of change today, everyone could benefit from this program. It’s especially relevant if you’re going through significant changes in your personal or professional life. And team leaders, parents, coaches and HR professionals can really enhance their ability to help others.
